• August has begun using an easle and a brush to paint with at school. Apparently he thinks it is great fun....but dips the wrong end of the brush in the paint. We see this at home when he tries to feed himself. the right end gets in the mouth but the wrong end always ends up in the bowl or on the plate.
• Pink eye has finally struck our house. It seems to be going around at his school. He woke up to a red and goopy eye. On that note we like his pediatrician more each time.
• Amazon and August seem to be building some sort of relationship. He will reach out to her from the Graco and sometimes she comes over for a pet. She loves to be near his highchair because he gives her food. The other night it was "Raining Chicken". He was too busy eating the vegies and dumplings to bother with the chicken....I think it sofented her heart torwards him
• When we sing the ABC song he will run over to his music table and make it sing the ABC song with us.
• He is also learning to stack blocks. He still prefers to knock them down but stacking is a new love.
